Do you think i should see a dermatologist?

i am 15 and i have about 8 pimples on my chin (2 of them big lumps! gross) and i also have a oily nose and blackheads on the side of my nose also the skin around my nose is always red!! on the sides and around it!!

Is this enough to see a derm for??

or what should i do about my conditionsDo you think i should see a dermatologist?
Talk to your parents about it. see if they can afford it or if its covered under insuranceDo you think i should see a dermatologist?
No you do not need to see a dermatologist. If you want antibiotics to clear this up just see your regular doc and they can handle this.
See a dermatologist.
i've got less problems and i see a derm. a check-up with them is fine too to see how your skins doing
urgently
Wow... when I was younger I never went to see my dermatologist over pimples.
Pimples are common among teenagers because their skin is soft. But if your pimples are causing pain and posing aweful look than it is advisable to see your doctor. I am sure your mom will be happy to go with you because she wants her daughter to look pretty and stay away from pain. She will be convinced.
The questions I have for you are:

Do you watch your diet. Research and control your food intake.

Do you often touch your face? try not to. Your problem is more than likely chemical but it cant hurt.

Try to wash you face with warm water and mild light fragrance soap 3x a day. should help.

wouldn't hurt to see a derm. but these steps done reliably will help.
Yes you should. I have had it in the past, and now i see a few every now and then. When you see your dermotologist ask him about accutaine. Its hard to get that prescription. It does wonders, but it also has a downside. For example, depression, loss of appetite, chapped lips, many more. I know it sound like a lot of bad affects but in the end you will not see a pimple for maybe up to a year. Its your choice.....
I think if it is painful and/or causes you to feel very selfconcious maybe a dermatologist is the right step for you. I am in my mid-20's and I developed severe acne when I was about 12 years old. My family didn't have the money for a derm. visit. I suffered for years and I think it had a negative effect on my self-esteem. I now use Proactive Solution and it has done wonders for me. It costs about $50 and that lasts 2-3 months. I might give it a try before paying for a doctor visit and prescriptions which could cost much more and have alot more painful side effects.

I hope this helps you! Good luck!
Sounds like enough. Ask them to prescribe some Retin- A micro, it worked really well for me.
yes
try salycylic acid or AMLactin. have your parents make an appointment with a dermatologist -anyone with skin should see the specialist.
Yes, you need to see a dermatologist for sure. They will be able to help you clear your face. Go before it gets worse. You'll be happy you did :)
