Do dermatologists have any treatments for removing paintball marks?

I have a mark from paintballing that's been in my abdominal area for two years now. Will they go away by themselves?Do dermatologists have any treatments for removing paintball marks?
Ouch someone must have turned up paintball gun to leave you with a scar...Check there may be a way to remove it, i would keep it...Do dermatologists have any treatments for removing paintball marks?
Not after two years. I am sure that a dermatologist could remove the mark.

Is it a scar from the bruise or actual paint?My husband has scars from the bruises when his buddies shot him with FROZEN paintballs and that was about 5-6 years ago and they are still there....
