What can a dermatologist do?

i am 15 and i just got acne a few months ago, i have some dark spots on my checks from pimples that have gone away, i am going to ask my parents to take me to a dermatologist, but i just wondering if they can fix my skin, back to way it was.What can a dermatologist do?
Unfortunately, most dermatologists don't really help you much with acne. Most of our clients have already gone to derms and been very disappointed.





If the spots are actually dark there are some products that can help those to go away faster. If they are red, then they have to go away on their own. Nothing can help redness to go away but time.

The dermatologist cant do anything because pimples are natural(part of life) and you just have to let them go away by theirselves...DONT BURST THEM BECAUSE ONCE YOU GET DARK SPOTS, THEY WONT GO AWAY FOR ABOUT 3 TO 4 MONTHS...MAYBE LONGER!!!
