get you medical card and call the number on the back and ask to find a dermatologist covered by your healthcare plan. they will give you 20-50 doctors to choose from and all the information you need to make an appt
insurance won't cover the cost at a doctor that's not in their network.... you have to talk to your insurance company

Have you never seen or heard of a little thing called a phone directory? There are about 30,000 dermatologists in NYC. Open the yellow pages and pick one.
