Start with your regular doctor. In most countries you would need to see a dermatologist for Tretinoin or Isotretinoin treatments, but your local doctor could start with a trial of antibiotics.Dermatologist or Just the Doctor?
If you don't need a referral, I would go straight to a dermatologist.
